托运含有危险品的货物必须如实申报并且正确的识别所含的危险品。
属于危险品的物质和制品包括易燃、自燃、腐蚀、有毒、爆炸、放射性、传染性和遇湿危险物质以及压缩气体、氧化剂、有机过氧化物和其他相关物质。

有关法律内容

《中华人民共和国民用航空法》
第一百零一条……禁止以非危险品品名托运危险品。禁止旅客随身携带危险品乘坐民用航空器。
第一百一十七条 托运人应当对航空货运单上所填关于货物的说明和声明的正确性负责……

一些看似无危害的物品在空器上可能并不安全。在飞行中,不同的温度和气压变化可能造成一些物品的泄露和燃烧
《中华人民共和国民用航空法》规定,禁止旅客随身携带危险品乘坐民用航空器,禁止违反规定将危险品作为行李托运,隐匿携带危险品乘坐民用航空器造成后果的,将此照刑法追究刑事责任。

下列物品禁止带上航空器:

爆炸品-烟花 腐蚀性物质-电池 毒性物性-杀虫剂 气体-压缩气体钢瓶催泪气体 易燃物质-汽油、油漆

Ⅰ、 Terms of use for CZ Online Check-in

1. Online check-in is available for CZ e-tickets of all classes of service. (Exclude deluxe first class).
2. Online check-in supports currently domestic flights from some domestic cities and for international flights from Guangzhou and some international cities (not available currently for connecting flights, flights from Macau and flights from Guangzhou to Japan/America/Korea /Australia).
3. Online Check-in is available for flights with beginning number as 2/3/6/8 (such as CZ3101).
4. Online check-in is not available for tickets for unconfirmed flights.
5. Online check-in is not available for travelers who need special service or who can only be carried with other credentials such as important travelers, children, infant, travelers with baby, pregnant women, disabled military personnel, teacher travelers and student travelers with discounted tickets, the unaccompanied elderly, the blind, the deaf and dumb, travelers needing stretcher or wheelchair service, travelers contracting a disease or mentally disordered patients, etc.
6. Online check-in is not available for changed e-tickets.
7. Online check-in time is subject to that published on the website.
8. When Sky pearl members check in, they are required to provide the same ID number as the one registered at Sky Pearl club to secure miles earning.
9. On line check-in requires A4 paper to print boarding pass (laser printer is advised)

Ⅱ、 Procedure of online check-in

Before logging in, travelers are required to review ““Terms of Use for Online Check-in and Service Agreement for Online Check-in”,. If you have any questions, please contact Guangzhou service hotline 020-95539.
1. Log in
Visit CZ’ home page of http://beta.csair.com/en/, and then click “Club Bookings”, please. On “Club Bookings” page click the text area below “Online Check-in”, then for “ID Auth.”, passengers can select channels like “Sky Pearl Member”, “ID No.” or “Ticket No.” to log in.
Select “Sky Pearl Member” channel to log in:
Users by this channel should be members of Sky Pearl club of CZ. On the page to log in, enter Card No., Password, Mobile Phone, select originating city type, and then click “Check-in” to enter into online check-in system.


Select “ID No.” channel to log in:
Users by this channel should be travelers with CZ’ E-tickets. On the page to log in, enter ID number used at the time of ticket purchasing, Flight number, Mobile phone, select originating city type, and then click “Check-in” to enter into online check-in system.



Select “Ticket No.” channel to log in:
Users by this channel should be travelers with CZ’ e-tickets. On the page to log in, enter the name used at the time of ticket purchasing, ticket number, Mobile phone, select originating city type, and then click “Check-in” to enter into online check-in system.


Note: At the time of logging in, correct mobile phone number is necessary for canceling seat or changing seat.

2. Confirm your ticket information
After logging in, the system will show the detailed information about your ticket on the page. Confirm the information closely please, and if there is anything wrong, feel free to contact us in time (020-95539).


If you have applied for two or more Sky Pearl cards, choose the card number on which you want to earn miles, and then click “Change” button to have the miles of the flight earned on your designated card.
If you are a SkyTeam Alliance member rather than a Sky Pearl member, or if you are a member of other airlines under domestic agreement, you can select “Change” and find the page on which you are required to enter card number.

Click to select the icon of corresponding airlines, enter the card number into the input box and then submit to the system. The system will update the information of member card number of the passenger.

3. Select seat
After passenger information is confirmed, you can select “Optional Seat” or “Assigned Seat”.


Select “Optional Seat” and you can select a seat to your preference.

After selecting seat, click “Confirm” button, then the system will tell you that your seat has been selected and will let you check your boarding information, then choose to print or send e-Boarding Pass.

If you select “Assigned Seat”, the system will make seat assignment automatically. Then the system will tell you that you have selected your seat and ill let you check your boarding information, and then choose to print or send e-Boarding Pass.

4. Print boarding pass
After checking your boarding information, click “Print Boarding Pass” button and you will find a Pop-up dialog which tells you that “the system will print the current page”.


At this time the system has confirmed your seat, click “Yes” and the system will print your boarding pass. If your boarding pass was not successfully printed, please go to the check-in counter at the airport to have the boarding pass manually printed before the closing time of the counter.

5. Send E-boarding Pass
Passengers can choose to use e-Boarding Pass function via mobile phone. Click “Send e-Boarding Pass” button, the system will pop up a dialog for sending e-Boarding Pass. Enter mobile phone number and select the appropriate mobile phone type, click “Send” button, and a two-dimensional e-Boarding Pass will be sent to the designated mobile phone.

After that, the system will tell you that the E-boarding Pass has been successfully sent.

Note: At present, e-Boarding Pass service via mobile phone only supports domestic flights from Guangzhou, Beijing, Wuhan, Shenyang and Dalian.

6. Reprint E-boarding Pass
After completing online check-in, if your boarding pass has not been successfully printed due to printer problems or unguarded exit from system, you can, within the cut-off time of check-in of online check-in of the flight, log in again to reprint boarding pass (this function is also applicable to passengers using SMS check-in).


7. Resend E-boarding Pass
If you departure airport supports E-boarding pass via mobile phone, you can, after online check-in is made and within the cut-off time of check-in, log in the online check-in system again to have the e-Boarding Pass resent (this function is only applicable to tickets which has been successfully online checked in).



8. Cancel seat
Time-limited online seat cancellation is within online check-in time, namely, 60 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time (within 35 minutes from Dalian, 30 minutes from Wuhan, 50 minutes from Guangzhou).
If you need to cancel seat, after entering relevant information and click “Cancel Boarding Pass” to log in, on “Select Itinerary” page click “Cancel Seat” button to link the page on which your seat will be cancelled.



9. Change Seat
If you need to change seat, enter relevant information and select “Change Seat” to log in, then click “Change Seat” button on selecting itinerary page.


Enter into seat map page, select your desired seat, click “Yes”, and the system will immediately process seat change.


After your seat was changed, the system will tell you that your seat has been selected and will let you check your boarding information, and then choose to print or send an e-Boarding pass.

 

Ⅲ、 Checked Baggage

If you need to check baggage, please go to airport counter to go through baggage check-in.
1. Passengers with checked baggage should go to airport counter to have their baggage checked in within the cut-off time of check-in (the cut-off time of check-in is subject to that published by the local airport, for more details please call 95539).
2. Carry-on baggage restrictions: one carry-on baggage for each passenger (two carry-on baggage for each first class passenger). Each baggage may not exceed 56 x 36 x 23 cm and weighs no more than 5 kilograms.

Ⅳ、 Boarding

1. Passengers should reconfirm their boarding gates after arriving at the airport.
2. Passengers should clear security check-in with their boarding pass and valid ID documents.
3. In special circumstances that your seat is reassigned due to flight change or temporary change of aircraft type, please follow airport staffs’ arrangement.

Ⅴ、 Boarding pass loss

Passengers who have lost their boarding pass may, before the cut-off time of check-in of check-in and with their valid ID documents, go to the airport counter of duty manager to get a new pass.

Ⅵ、 Change and refund after online check-in

1. If you need to make change or refund request, please log in the system and cancel the seat by yourself within the online check-in time. If the cut-off time of check-in is not met and so you can't cancel your seat by yourself, please call CZ' service hotline 020-95539.
2. For passengers checking in online but have neither got on board nor logged in the system and canceled the seat by themselves, please contact with the airport staffs within 2 hours after the scheduled departure time, otherwise they would be deemed to have boarded.

1. Online check-in
Which kind of passengers can make online check-in by CSAIR.COM?
Answer: It is available for adult passengers who have purchased CZ’ e-tickets for confirmed flights and haven’t made changes. Online check-in has been in place by now for domestic flights from some cities in China and international flights from Guangzhou and some international cities (not available currently for connecting flights, flights from Macau, and flights from Guangzhou to Japan, America, Korea and Australia).

For which segments can I check in online?
Answer: Online check-in is available currently for domestic flights from Guangzhou, Beijing, Shenzhen, Shenyang, Dalian, Changchun, Harbin, Wuhan, Zhengzhou, Guiyang, Haikou, Urumchi, Changsha, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Xiamen, Chongqing, Guilin, Shanghai (Hongqiao, Pudong), Xi’an, Zhuhai, Sanya, Qingdao, Nanning, Chengdu, etc. (not available currently for connecting flights and flights from Macau).And online check-in has already been available for flights from some international cites like Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur.

If the ID number used at the time of ticket purchase is not consistent with that registered at Sky Pearl Club, how can I succeed in earning miles?
Answer: Method One: in this case, you can still log in to check in but can’t concurrently earn miles. You can handle it with relevant documents by contacting relevant airport department afterwards.
Method Two: in this case, if you need to earn miles concurrently, you can log in at Sky Pearl Club’s website http://skypearl.csair.com/ffp/ and update your profile with the ID number you used at the time of ticket purchase.

Can I make online check-in by CSAIR.COM with tickets bought from travel services or agents?   
Answer: Passengers can check in online with all e-tickets of CZ regardless of from where they were purchased.   

If my itinerary includes other airlines itinerary, can I make online check-in by CSAIR.COM?
Answer: It is available for flights operated by CZ only.

Can I make online check-in by CSAIR.COM with normal paper tickets?   
Answer: sorry, you can't.

What if I have connecting flights?   
Answer: No problem. You will receive a separate boarding pass for each of your flight segment when you check in. Is group booking eligible for online check-in by CSAIR.COM?
Answer: Yes.The system also supports group booking, but group travelers can only get boarding pass one by one.

When can I check in online?
Answer: you can check in online from 14:00 pm one day before the scheduled departure to one hour before the scheduled departure time.(subject to the timeframes of each city published by CZ).

How to visit CZ website and check in online?
Answer: visit the English home page of CZ http://beta.csair.com/en/, you can directly click the upper-left “Online check in” and then enter traveler information to log in, or click “Club Bookings” on navigation bar and then “Online check-in” to log in. Passengers can select channels to log in such as “Sky Pearl Member”, “ID No.” or “Ticket No.”.

What if I have more than one Sky Pearl cards and how to select the one card to earn miles of this flight segment?
Answer: when you check in online, on the page for selecting itinerary, you will find “Please select the Sky Pearl No. to earn miles” and you may select your preferred Sky Pearl No. as well as select seat, then you can earn miles of this segment into that Sky Pearl No.

Can online check-in system change selected seats?
Answer: passengers having checked in online via the system can enter into it again and log in by clicking “Change Seat”, then reselect a seat and print a new boarding pass (after seat change is made, the original boarding pass would be deemed to have become nullified).

What if I don’t have a printer when I check in online?
Answer: no problem. You can with your valid credentials go to CZ airport counter to print your boarding pass within the cut-off time of check-in.

Whey can’t I print my boarding pass?   
Answer: the problem may be caused by your browser, internet or your printer. If you can’t successfully print your boarding pass, please proceed to complete check-in, and then go to CZ counter or self-service kiosk at your originating airport to print the boarding pass within the cut-off time of check-in.

What should I do if I have lost my boarding pass?
Answer: you can with valid credentials go to CZ airport counter to print boarding pass within the cut-off time of check-in.

What specific paper should I use to print boarding pass when I check in online?
Answer: normal A4 paper is enough.

What if I have baggage to check after I have made my online check-in?
Answer: you can go through checked baggage procedure at the airport counter.
(1)For passengers with checked baggage, please go to airport counter to have their baggage checked within the cut-off time of check-in. (cut-off time of check-in is subject to that published by the local airports, for more details please call 95539).
(2) Carry-on baggage restrictions: one carry-on baggage for each passenger (two carry-on baggage for each first class passenger). Each baggage may not exceed 56 x 36 x 23 cm and weighs no more than 5 kilograms.
(3) If passengers have checked their baggage but want to make changes, please contact with the duty manager counter as soon as possible.

Why is my boarding gate on the boarding pass marked with “unallocated”?
Answer: it is because your online check-in is a little earlier and the boarding gate has not been allocated. Please notice the LED screen at the airport or you can consult the staffs after arriving at the airport.
